Yes. Talk or quiet during your visit is your choice; tell your salon expert at the door.
When do I pay?
To confirm your appointment we ask for a booking fee of Rs 200 by UPI. It is part of the price, not an extra charge, so you pay the rest after the service. You can reschedule or cancel free up to 4 hours before your appointment, and the fee comes back or moves to your new slot. Inside 4 hours we keep it, because the slot is held and your salon expert’s travel is committed. If we cancel, or your salon expert does not arrive, we return it in full and waive the fee on your next booking. You are never charged for refusing entry at your door, and the fee comes back.
